We recently bought and sold through Seymours. We saw a house we wanted, went straight to the Seymours office and had an offer accepted on the condition we sold our house in 2 weeks. Seymours did just that and we accepted an offer on our house just before lockdown. Everything went smoothly with flawless communication and service from all at Seymours. Selling your property? Avoid Seymours Godalming. Staff are just incapable and have little to no interest in you as a seller. I can’t speak to buying or renting through the branch but the sales team and management leave a lot to be desired. Would absolutely not recommend using this branch to sell your home.
