If you're looking to buy or sell a home, I cannot recommend Andy Crossley and the team at Seymours Godalming enough.
Andy was always available to answer questions and proactively kept me updated every step of the process. I never felt out of the loop or uninformed.
Beyond just being excellent at his job duties, Andy is also just a genuinely wonderful person to work with. Honest, friendly and committed to my goals as if they were his own. He really went above and beyond to make a typically stressful transaction as seamless as possible.
I was buying a house through Seymours last year which sadly fell through (through no fault of theirs) and I have just successfully bought via them so I have more experience than most in writing this review! Andy and Seymours' industry knowledge combined with superior client care is truly second to none. I recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation. GoogleStarted looking for a property to rent in guildford around aug. It was difficult to move around as I had my 8 week old new born with me, we did not have a car and we're travelling from London. Lucy from Seymours had been very easy to talk to, organized timings very quickly and I did not have to juggle any of my other appointments, it was quick and efficient. I also would like to highlight I was never pressured in anyway when to view or what to view nor was I expected to teleport from 1 place to another (😑 unlike other branches of seymours), she kept my baby in mind (and did not expect my baby to be like a backpack) which is what I greatly appreciate. Having found a good property she advised us very well with the properties and we got a good one 🥰.
