Most impressed with the service from Seymours during our recent house move into Godalming. Roger was extremely helpful - he was the only person amongst the two estate agents and solicitors (we were selling as well...) that I felt was really keeping a close eye on things and making sensible update calls. His advice was much appreciated and felt in safe hands. Seymours were the agents that noticed that things could get tight and took the initiative to sort out the completion date at the critical juncture. Seymours managed our last rental and Nick and his team were thorough and fair throughout. Any issues raised were promptly addressed and the maintenance team who fixed issues were also very professional. My husband and I have rented over 13 properties between us and Seymours were definitely the most professional and helpful we have experienced. Seymours were brilliant. They managed the sale with attention and care and I really felt they were acting in my best interests. It was not a straightforward move - taking around five months from when the offer was accepted to the day we moved.they kept me fully informed at every stage.
