My general experience prior to this appointment was abysmal. 3 appointments had been cancelled despite me rearranging my personal appointments to accommodate these. The third appointment I checked an hour before the appointment that everything is ok and the appointment would be going ahead. Once I hung up I was then emailed to say it was cancelled! As you can imagine I was furious. The service was so poor and I really didn’t have much faith in this company at that point.

They need to have an option to filter out "coming soon" properties from the website. Because truthfully they're not coming soon. Been on the waiting list for such properties since December and only one ever actually became available and it was apparently fully booked on viewings the same day. When I emailed I was told there was no guarantee the properties would actually become available at all. So they just have a bunch of unavailable properties cluttering the website
