Acting on behalf of my late Mother in Law and her family was so difficult and I was always treated with respect and understanding through a very upsetting process. Shane took me through the early stages, David then carried on the process. Every bit of advice and help was incredible, guiding me through a process that I had never done before. To be honest, I was pretty clueless about it, but they always reassured and helped me. I will be eternally grateful to Shane, David and the staff at Bournes in Godalming. They are professional, knowledgeable and kind. Also, during every stage they called me regularly to update me on how things were progressing. GoogleGareth gave a very impressive sales pitch, explaining how they would market my maisonette. It left me in no doubt they'd be able to sell it and get me the best price for it. My only criticism is that several mistakes were made in the publicity leaflet, and I had to have them corrected several times. I think attention to detail should be improved.

GoogleI’d recommend Bourne estate agents happily. Gareth and his colleagues were really professional when they showed us around, not pushy at all just honest and helpful. Jim who helped us through the sales process was always available to help and was beyond kind when I became frustrated with the conveyancing delays. I felt he helped to push the sellers through the paperwork delays and move us forward, particularly important as we were buying during the nightmare mortgage rate increases. Thanks to the whole team at Bourne for getting us through to completion.

We have had a difficult time trying to find somewhere to rent. Bourne Estate Agents were by far the most helpful, they actually proactively worked to find us somewhere whilst other estate agents really were not interested.
