Poor experience, saw a house, rang up the same day it had been listed, told me I was the only person interested and that I could view it Saturday afternoon! 9am next morning he said it had sold wouldn’t let me view!! A lot of lies and mis- guidance!! Poor customer service. Not a good agent at all!!

We are absolutely disgusted with the way we have been treated regards to renting a property through hunters.We were told a move in date only to have it changed last minute and changed again after booking moving van and getting deliveries organised to come the next day.I will never use hunters again.

Hunters BlackpoolThe sales staff are loud, pushy, and act like a bunch of failed double-glazing salesmen desperate to close a deal.The office staff are incompetent, can't take messages, calls are not responded to and wrong information given out.A big fat zero for customer service skills. Just plain rude.I wouldn't recommend them to sell a garden shed.

GoogleI bought my first home through Hunters and what a pleasant experience it was. Communication was always forthcoming and all of my questions answered promptly. I appreciated being kept up to date at all times. All of the team here were so friendly and professional - will definitely recommend and use again - no doubt about it!

Very unprofessional company who bully young tenants into doing their dirty work for them to give them less work to do for the next tenants. Very unhelpful and ignorant staff who work in the offices who dont even Acknowledge that you're there when you walk in. Would recommend avoiding dealing with these at all costs.

I've rented with them for 6 years and wouldn't recommend. Took them over 2 months to give our deposit back because they were "busy". They also charged us insane contract renewal fees every year until the law finally stopped them from doing so.

They didn't turn up for a viewing. Really difficult climate for renters and had to travel a long way only for no contact or explanation.
