We have viewed many properties in our search. The property centre are always very accommodating. We especially enjoy having Ryan show us around properties. He’s very professional, knowledgeable about the properties and helpful.

The longlevens branch assisted us in finding our first home. We'd been searching a while before we found what we wanted and they always got in touch with us as soon as possible with the latest properties with our criteria. Customer service was brilliant and even after care when giving us information during exchanges. 👍🏻 …

Hight recommend

I have used property care for the sale of my house which has been a pleasant experience. The team have answered any questions I’ve had quickly and promptly throughout this process and always kept me up to date throughout. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Rude agents, that clearly don’t care about people situations and offer no assistance to help, way better company’s out there, do not use.

Another agency that don't respond to emails via their website, received several automated replies but no actual responses. No-one to speak to either. Far from the best customer service.

After experiencing terrible service from a rival Worcester based estate agency, I can only praise the service we received from The Property Centre. They proactivley sold our house in 3 days after it had sat with no offers for 12 weeks with another agent. Kept us up to date and infomormed at all times during the process - would recommend to anyone in the Worceser area.

Sold my home with Cheltenham branch and had dealings with all the other branches when looking to purchase. Consistent professional and friendly standards, explained everything clearly and nothing was too much trouble, every member of staff I dealt with in whichever office I was calling were always helpful and did what they promised. Excellent service and would definitely recommend. Many thanks.
