Hi Arran, sorry to see you felt the need to post this but I'm sure you understand the lettings process and how quick the market moves. A viewer from last night took it, just before we called everyone to cancel. I would have thought that this was a better way to do it and to inform you rather than you having a wasted journey to view something that is no longer available? I cant find you on our system so maybe it was booked under another name. Good luck with your search. Rachel (Director)

Dear Kate, I'm afraid that I am unable to find you on our system as an applicant and I can assure you that we are not in the business of "blocking" people from viewing. Until we sell a house, we work for free so it's not in our interest not to view and to sell the property. We are a business after all and have a job to complete. Dear Claudia. I am very sorry you left this review, we did not manage your tenancy and it is NOT us (TG) that are asking you for money. We would be very grateful if you could contact your managing agent and try and resolve this with them as it is nothing to do with TG. This is a very unfair review and totally inaccurate as we are always very fair. There are always very definite legalities to work towards with regards to deposits. Rachel (Director)
