GoogleOver the last year I have been a tenant of one the properties managed by TG Residential. Whenever there has been an issue with the property TG have always been quick to respond and to find a solution. TG have made my first experience of a rental accommodation a great one; if I were to move back to the area I would definitely use them again. GoogleVery unprofessional. Making multiple empty promises about updates and viewings. Took over a week to schedule a viewing and then CG lettings cancelled it the day before (after myself ringing to check if viewing was still going ahead, no email updates sent)

Please accept our apologies on the delay in getting back to you, but we did have to wait to talk to the Landlord about your dog and see if he was happy. Your work schedule sadly prevented you from attending any of the viewing slots but we did have you provisionally booked in, for a time that was convenient to you, but sadly the property was Let before then. We appreciate the frustration at trying to get viewings at the moment because the market is so busy and there is such lack of stock but we do try and do all we can to accommodate everyone, if time allows. GoogleFabulously knowledgeable staff who remained calm and professional when difficulties with solicitors arose. They wer tenacious and responded extremely quickly to any question I had, however big or small. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend the whole team.

GoogleVery poor customer service from the Gloucester letting office when I complained about them sending contractors around with no notice or knowledge. I wouldnt have known had I not come back to new taps... Hung up on 3 times and still not been sent the complaints procedure they said they would send me.

FacebookVery poor customer service from the Gloucester letting office when I complained about them sending contractors around with no notice or knowledge. I wouldnt have known had I not come back to new taps... They hung up on me 3 times saying loudly "Please do not swear" when I hadn't assumedly for the purpose of everyone else in the office so they could justifiy hanging up so they did not have to admit they were in the wrong. I spoke to the manager who would not speak to me and hung up. Disgusting attitudes

GooglePeople waiting outside waiting to be seen when the office was shut on their opening hours, didn’t open until 45 min after opening time...wondering if a vendor lost a potential buyer... very unprofessional, bit of a cowboy attitude
Morning Costin. Sadly, you were sat outside the wrong office as per your instructions, so maybe you would like to take this up with the company that instructed you. We certainly will be, regarding how rude you just were and your unprofessionalism. But thank you for returning them to the correct office! Our Stroud Road office opens at 9.30am on a Monday, as the door clearly states. Have a good day.
