Rob Buckley was awesome right form the word go. The options they have are tremendous and humongous. The entire process was done online and believe me it was as smooth as butter. Thank you Rob and Sure Lettings. Every moment of happiness we come across in this new home of ours, we owe it to you folks. Thanks again.

We have used Surlet, Gloucester for 9 years and have always found reliable tenants through them. The Gloucester office run an excellent service and we have never had cause to complain. When tenants have changed, it happens!, new tenants have been found quickly so voids have been kept to a minimum. Stephanie has been excellent to deal with, in fact a pleasure. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

It’s about 15 years since we first engaged with Surelet to manage our rental flat and Tom was very professional, helpful and friendly from the outset. We now have more property managed by Surelet and service levels remain excellent through our more recent dealings with Sarah and Rob. Would be very pleased to recommend their services. Thank you all.

We have been renting through Surelet for nearly 6 years and are very happy with the service they provide. Steph is our point of contact and we have built up a good working relationship with her over the years. We find her approachable and she quickly responds to any problems we may have - and we have certainly come up with some crackers for her to deal with!!

Tom has been extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He managed to get me a viewing the same day I called (I was let down by 3 other agents that day who I had bookings with)! A month later and I have moved in my new flat (professionally cleaned) and I'm so happy. I would recommend Sure Lettings to any of my family or friends! Thanks Tom!!!

Had a chance to rent from this company. BIIIIG thanks to Robert Buckley for letting us the flat. Everything went well eventhough we came from abroad. After we got the keys, property manager, Tara Breeze, was assigned to us. Very happy with her communication. She was always friendly, helpful and replied in pretty much no time.

I would definitely recommend Surelet as the first point of contact for renting in Gloucester. After much searching, I found a lovely house with the help of Tom, who's been great throughout the whole process. Tom and the team in general are extremely friendly and really good at responding to emails etc. They are very supportive, helpful and efficient.

I found my landlord to be wonderful, a honest and kind person, However, the letting agency was nit picky, also trying to get in touch with them proved to be difficult. A company who will try to squeeze everything out of a Tennant.

Just want to let people know how well Steph the manager of Gloucester handled my daughters tenancy. She was so helpful to me (even though it wasn't my tenancy). In allowing me to help it enabled my daughter to have a smooth move and first experience of living away from home. Thanks Steph
