As first time buyers, they have been extremely patient with our endless questions and pushing for updates and have stayed professional and friendly at each stage of the purchase! Matt and Laura especially have dealt with our questions and queries quickly and are always at the end of the phone, text or email to guide you through and answer any questions you may have. A fantastic estate agent! There's no shock to why they are consistently highly reviewed.

GoogleViewed a property and told it included the garage by Matthew. Made an offer that was accepthed. Then when the paperwork came through from the solicitors in the small print it stated it did not include it. After a lot of messing around I am out of my solicitor fees and the sale has fallen through. Would not deal with again. 6 Blaisdon Close, Abbeymead Gloucester. Comes with no parking, shocking service.

FacebookHad the best service from Matt and Hannah from putting our house on the market up until me got our new keys! We saw a property we loved but needed to be sold if we wanted to view it so Matt and Hannah came over that day and we managed to put our house on the market straight away and we sold within the next day so we were able to buy our dream home. They were great at communicating to us and Laura in sales progression was super helpful through the rest of the process! Would definitely recommend!

Hannah undertook all aspects of the process in a courteous and professional manner. Despite having to face the most difficult buyers I’ve ever encountered along with their rude and unprofessional/useless solicitor. She took the weight off of my shoulders entirely and kept my stress to the bare minimum. My thanks and appreciation go out to her along with the team in the background who were also a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to market their property, and will use them again in the future. They have a modern system and approach, keeping you completely informed at every step. Their prices are most certainly competitive especially with the level of service you will receive. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.

GoogleI instructed Murdock and Wasley to complete my house sale. The house went on the market on the Wednesday and it had received three offers by the Friday. Solicitors have been quite tricky this year, with the amount of conveyancing they have had to deal with and the team at Murdock and Wasley have been gracious and professional in chasing them along ensuring that the sale was a smooth process. Matt Wasley helped all parties through the sale with dedication, hard work and humour. GoogleA class service from start to finish ! It’s fair to say the team go above and beyond to lead from the front and delivery for their clients ! I sold my house in a matter of days of being on the market and entered a chain, the team proactively managed the process, kept in touch with all agents and solicitors. At times I am sure they felt like they were my councillor !
