FacebookAfter a shocking experience attempting to market my property with an abysmal estate agent; Murdoch & Wasley took the reins and successfully sold it. Hannah undertook all aspects of the process in a courteous and professional manner. Despite having to face the most difficult buyers I’ve ever encountered along with their rude and unprofessional/useless solicitor. She took the weight off of my shoulders entirely and kept my stress to the bare minimum. My thanks and appreciation go out to her along with the team in the background who were also a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to market their property, and will use them again in the future. They have a modern system and approach, keeping you completely informed at every step. Their prices are most certainly competitive especially with the level of service you will receive. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.

GoogleI instructed Murdock and Wasley to complete my house sale. The house went on the market on the Wednesday and it had received three offers by the Friday. Solicitors have been quite tricky this year, with the amount of conveyancing they have had to deal with and the team at Murdock and Wasley have been gracious and professional in chasing them along ensuring that the sale was a smooth process. I sold my house in a matter of days of being on the market and entered a chain, the team proactively managed the process, kept in touch with all agents and solicitors. As first time buyers, they have been extremely patient with our endless questions and pushing for updates and have stayed professional and friendly at each stage of the purchase!
