GoogleWe can’t rate Murdock and Wasley any higher! Matt was so helpful in finding us our perfect first home - he listened to exactly what it was we were looking for and couldn’t be happier with the house we are buying. Tilly has also been amazing from start to finish, answering all of our questions so efficiently and going above and beyond to make sure we could still get this house- she’s made a very daunting process so simple for us and so stress free. GoogleMurdock & Wasley have been brilliant all the way through my sale. They have been very welcoming & shown great professionalism from day 1. Matt right at the start had shown his wealth of knowledge when discussing the valuation & throughout the viewings provided me with constant updates & reassurance. Shout out to Tilly the Sales Co ordinator as well, she has been fantastic, constantly on the ball & has been an amazing communicator between myself, the buyer & the solicitors! Matt and Laura communicated any updates quickly and no question was too much of an ask. Laura was great at pushing the whole process through as quick as possible for us. GoogleCannot rate Murdock and Wasley enough. Matt made the viewing and putting an offer in really smooth for us. Laura saw us through the progression of the sale and I genuinely cannot thank her enough for everything she did. Laura went above and beyond for us, was prompt with queries, helpful and an all round star. The whole process from start to finish was brilliant. Will definitely recommend to others when they move.

Matt and his team have been incredible, for what can be quite a difficult process looking to move they went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We bought a new house & sold our house with them and they were exceptional. It took no time at all to sell ours with them plus they kept me constantly in the know with potential properties coming up. Matt is full of enthusiasm and had such a positive attitude with the house we sold and always there for any phone chats when we needed it . Laura delt with the behind the scenes correspondence and has to be one of the most friendliness people within a business. Luke was only a phone call away when needed.I would recommend this business so i give it full glowing 🌟.

GoogleMatt from Murdock and Wasley always responded very quickly to everything the whole way through the conveyancing process and I was confident that he was doing his best when the 1st buyer changed approach and consequently the sale was lost. A new buyer was found very quickly and I was reassured throughout the process, completion then happened in a realistic timeframe, though overall it took 5 months for a successful sale. I had little to do with the rest of the team but preferred dealing directly with Matt. Communications by WhatsApp and cc’d in to straight to the point emails was unusual for myself as a bit of an old fashioned pedant but the direct approach worked and I knew Matt was doing all he could along the way to “get this over the line!”. Very good fee rate and hard work earning it!

GoogleMyself and my husband accept an offer on our house in January- had a couple of set backs with the onward chain but through no fault of Murdock And Wasley but we have finally exchanged and moved home. Murdock and Wasley, especially Matt who over saw our sale was amazing. He gave us lots of great advice. From start to finish they were incredible. I would highly recommend them as an estate agent. Google“AWESOME”……that’s how we describe the services of Murdock & Wasley. We used them on family recommendation and they have been so helpful, friendly and completely on the ball at all times. We have just exchanged contracts with completion due next week - far sooner than we’d ever hoped - it’s only taken 8 weeks since the house went on the market. We’ve sold a few houses over the years and used a variety of agents, but never had anywhere near such a fantastic service as this. It’s a pleasure to now recommend them ourselves.
