GoogleCould not be more appreciative of Murdoch and Wasley. First time selling a home, and they guided us every step of the way. Even months before we were able to list our property for sale, they provided expert advice and were always available via call, email or even text. When it came to selling process. Viewings were booked in thick and fast, at times to suit us. We were given feedback on each viewing, and statistics based on Rightmove views and so on. Through every step, from beginning to very end, Murdoch and Wasley have made the process of selling a home simple. We've been able to text and call with questions, queries. And they've always been the first to update us, not once did we have to chase. I will always recommend Murdoch and Wasley to friends and family when it comes to buying and selling a home.

Matthew was positive and responsive throughout, keeping in regular contact and ensuring we were updated at each stage of the process. He was particularly helpful in liaising with solicitors and the sellers to resolve an isolated issue, which was handled efficiently. Matthew quickly understood what we were looking for in a home and found us something lovely in a short time. His local knowledge was very helpful, offering useful advice on what to consider when making our decision. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and we’d happily recommend Murdock and Wasley.

GoogleWe have had such an incredible experience selling & buying with M&W, Luke, Hannah and the whole team, who were really driven to sell our house… which ended up selling within the first week and went for well over asking price!!! They all worked so hard to book viewings and accommodate times needed. Luke and Hannah gave great advice throughout and the communication from the M&W team exceeded our expectations. Tilly also made such a special effort to capture great photos to help market our property and Owen was always so helpful when ringing into the office. Then the fabulous Laura took over to ensure our sale & purchase went through smoothly, there’s not enough words to describe how brilliant, patient and understanding Laura is. She was absolutely brilliant at dealing with any holds up that occurred and very ‘on the ball’ with chasing the solicitors in our chain. Laura is always so quick to respond to any queries or concerns, which is fabulous when the process is very long winded. The whole team are really supportive and proactive and I cannot thank them all enough. I would highly recommend M&W to anyone who is looking to sale or purchase a property within Gloucestershire. GoogleM&W managed to sell our house in a just under a couple of weeks which was exceptional. Then throughout a slightly long winded house sale and purchase, which was no fault of M&W, the team couldn't do enough for us. A special shout out to Tilly and Matt, for always chasing when it was needed and for always keeping us up to date every step of the way. I can’t recommend this estate agent enough, they’re extremely thorough and professional yet always friendly and on hand! A relative of mine used M&W after struggling with another local estate agent for months and they managed to get the deal done promptly so I knew I was in great hands from the start. 10/10, 5 star service, highly recommend!

GoogleWe are considering downsizing and have been viewing several properties with various agents. We were particularly impressed with Jack Guest from Murdock and Wasley, who showed us a property which was by far the best of those we have seen. Jack was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and well prepared. He immediately understood our requirements and was able to answer specific questions about the property. Where there was a question he could not answer, he quickly followed up and responded. Jack gave us time to thoroughly view the property without feeling pressurised and kindly agreed to wait for a disabled member of the family to arrive so that they could check if the property would be suitably accessible. He also offered to assess our own property the same day and came round within the hour. This enabled us to discuss the local market for our property and a realistic valuation range, along with a competitive fee. We appreciated how Jack was prepared to go the extra mile for us, inspired confidence and gave excellent service.

GoogleWe have had such a brilliant experience selling with M&W, Matt & Luke were really driven to sell our house and worked so hard to book viewings and accommodate times needed. They gave great advice throughout about pricing and who we should / shouldn’t get in to view. Laura then took over to ensure the sale went through after we accepted the offer, she was brilliant at negotiating with our buyer on our behalf and was always so quick to respond to any query or concern we had, the whole team are just really supportive and proactive.

GoogleI had an excellent experience with Murdock & Wasley. Their service was truly extraordinary. From viewing the house on 24th October to having everything completed by 16th December, the process was impressively smooth and efficient. Although I’m receiving the keys on 30th January due to a chain, the overall handling of the purchase has been outstanding. Matthew at the Old Cheltenham Road office was fantastic, as were his colleagues. They also recommended legal and surveying services, both of which were excellent. I am extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend Murdock & Wasley to anyone looking to buy a property.

FacebookIncredible service from start to finish and would recommend MWEA without hesitation. Property sold on first viewing within 48 hours back in April. A long, difficult 4 months followed and on many occasions we had resigned ourselves to the fact it wasn’t going to complete and we would need to remarket. Matt kept the faith, going above and beyond to make sure it got to exchange and completion in the end, against all the odds. Communication was spot on throughout. We’ll definitely use them again. Thank you Matt and all at MWEA.

GoogleIncredible process from start to finish. We knew from the get go we wanted to use Murdock and Wasley for our house sale and they certainly didn’t disappoint. From the minute they stepped through our door for the valuation we felt confident that we were using a trustworthy and personable estate agents. Matt, Hannah, Laura and the whole team are truly wonderful people to deal with. We received regular updates and professional advice when our onward purchase slowed down and complications arose - even though they weren’t the ones dealing with our purchase. Laura is incredibly knowledgeable and really feels like a friend when you’re speaking to her, she is a credit to the business. Hannah is an absolute pocket rocket and secured us a trust worthy buyer incredibly quickly. Matt is one of a kind who left an imprint on our hearts from when we first met him years ago buying our first home. We hope in the future that if we come to sell again, we would only deal with Murdock and Wasley, and we recommend that anyone looking to use them does so and doesn’t waste their time looking elsewhere.

GoogleFrom start to finish I couldn't recommend Murdock & Wasley enough! Matt Wasley was fab from the minute he walked in to my property to advise a price/take photos/get my property on the market and he was so easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Matt Rhodes was easy to communicate with as he did my property viewings and was professional throughout. Laura was the sales progressor and I couldn't have asked for a nicer person to guide me through what can be a stressful time. At the start of every week she'd phone me to provide an update (even if there was no specific update as such, but this gave me confidence that everything was in order and it made me feel like I had nothing to worry about). Laura was very friendly and even messaged me to say congratulations once I exchanged even though she was off ill, which was a really nice touch. I felt like everyone at Murdock & Wasley cared and wanted to make my experience of selling my property a positive one, which it really was. I would 100% use them again when I come to sell, and will recommend to others without a shadow of a doubt. Thank you so much 😀

GoogleWe used Murdock & Wasley recently to both sell a property and purchase a new one. We contacted a few different estate agents at the start of our journey but M&W stood out from the very beginning. Their no pressure, no nonsense approach was what drew us to them. We felt they made the process easy for a couple who don’t massively understand the process and the jargon that comes along with it. Every time we spoke to someone, it was like talking to a friend and you could tell they really cared. The process wouldn’t have felt so stress free if we hadn’t have used M&W. Always so easily contactable, always on the case chasing up anything that was slowing the process and never left us wondering where we were at. There’s no doubt that we’ll return to M&W in future when we sell again - have already recommended to all our family and friends!

They come prepared and answer all questions and really show the positives of the house. They really care and want the best for everyone!
