GoogleMyself and my partner have had such a positive experience, as first time buyers we were apprehensive about the process but they have been very reassuring and professional every step of the way, keeping us updated and informed with every step, as well as answering all our questions/ queries getting us the answers as quickly as possible. We are very happy with the service and support we have received and would recommend to other people.

GoogleAfter a poor experience with a well known estate agent I was recommended to Murdoch and Wasley, well any doubts I had were dismissed as soon as I met Matt, we were confident that they would do everything they could to sell our house, they found a buyer within a week! We were kept up to date regularly and felt fully supported throughout. I cannot recommend this wonderful agent highly enough.

As first time buyers, they have been extremely patient with our endless questions and pushing for updates and have stayed professional and friendly at each stage of the purchase! Matt and Laura especially have dealt with our questions and queries quickly and are always at the end of the phone, text or email to guide you through and answer any questions you may have. A fantastic estate agent! There's no shock to why they are consistently highly reviewed.

GoogleAfter a shocking experience attempting to market my property with an abysmal estate agent; Murdoch & Wasley took the reins and successfully sold it. Hannah undertook all aspects of the process in a courteous and professional manner. Despite having to face the most difficult buyers I’ve ever encountered along with their rude and unprofessional/useless solicitor. She took the weight off of my shoulders entirely and kept my stress to the bare minimum. My thanks and appreciation go out to her along with the team in the background who were also a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to market their property, and will use them again in the future. They have a modern system and approach, keeping you completely informed at every step. Their prices are most certainly competitive especially with the level of service you will receive. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.
