I cannot recommend Murdock & Wasley enough, from the first meet to the exchange, everyone in the team has been personal, approachable and fantastic throughout. Real people, not gormless agents who are robotic and not real! From the viewings and the honest feedback, they all were brilliant. To the 10 long months of battling for our new property, Laura was on hand at any moment to offer support and guidance and i really feel without her, I couldnt have come this far, a calm, shoulder to cry on in a time of crisis is vital in this process and Laura is an absolute assett to M&W and i will miss her daily, calming phone calls now life is going back to normal. We sold our house through M&W and couldn’t recommend them enough. Laura was amazing from start to finish, her patience, support and clear communication made such a difference. Checking in with us outside of work hours to keep us updated really took the pressure off and gave us peace of mind. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was a pleasure to deal with. All I can say is DON’T buy with Murdock and Wasley, they were just terrible when I was buying a property through them. They were always phoning me asking what was going on with the sale when my solicitor was dealing with everything. They just kept badgering me to the point that they were saying that the property was going back on the market.This happened at least three times, Tiffany was the person who showed me around the property l had asked her to find out details on the property for me because she didn’t know the answers. These were quite simple questions that I had to ask her several times for the answers ie where are the keys to the garage, was the property on a water meter which she said no it wasn’t but since I have brought the property It has turned out that it was. She couldn’t get simple things right, whenever she was showing me around she would roll her eyes and keep looking at the time. I do understand that they have to take instructions off the seller but, but to tell me the seller was difficult and not easy to work with I think is very unprofessional. I did buy the property in the end I can only say that it was a nightmare, even when I went to collect the keys from them when I walked in Tiffany said this is Jane in a smug way. I told one of the owners what a nightmare I had been he was very smug too shrugged his shoulders as If he wasn’t bothered. He didn’t even ask me what the problems were. I would NEVER sell or buy using this estate agent again.

Could not be more appreciative of Murdoch and Wasley. First time selling a home, and they guided us every step of the way. Even months before we were able to list our property for sale, they provided expert advice and were always available via call, email or even text. When it came to selling process. Viewings were booked in thick and fast, at times to suit us. We were given feedback on each viewing, and statistics based on Rightmove views and so on. Through every step, from beginning to very end, Murdoch and Wasley have made the process of selling a home simple. We've been able to text and call with questions, queries. We have had such an incredible experience selling & buying with M&W, Luke, Hannah and the whole team, who were really driven to sell our house… which ended up selling within the first week and went for well over asking price!!! They all worked so hard to book viewings and accommodate times needed. Luke and Hannah gave great advice throughout and the communication from the M&W team exceeded our expectations. Tilly also made such a special effort to capture great photos to help market our property and Owen was always so helpful when ringing into the office. Then throughout a slightly long winded house sale and purchase, which was no fault of M&W, the team couldn't do enough for us. We are considering downsizing and have been viewing several properties with various agents. We were particularly impressed with Jack Guest from Murdock and Wasley, who showed us a property which was by far the best of those we have seen. Jack was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and well prepared. He immediately understood our requirements and was able to answer specific questions about the property. Where there was a question he could not answer, he quickly followed up and responded. Jack gave us time to thoroughly view the property without feeling pressurised and kindly agreed to wait for a disabled member of the family to arrive so that they could check if the property would be suitably accessible. He also offered to assess our own property the same day and came round within the hour. This enabled us to discuss the local market for our property and a realistic valuation range, along with a competitive fee. We appreciated how Jack was prepared to go the extra mile for us, inspired confidence and gave excellent service.
