And Laura has been an absolute gem to me. Constant updates, chasing solicitors, she's always kept me in the loop and I always looked forward to the phonecalls. Highley recommended.

GoogleMatt from Murdock and Wasley always responded very quickly to everything the whole way through the conveyancing process and I was confident that he was doing his best when the 1st buyer changed approach and consequently the sale was lost. A new buyer was found very quickly and I was reassured throughout the process, completion then happened in a realistic timeframe, though overall it took 5 months for a successful sale. I had little to do with the rest of the team but preferred dealing directly with Matt. Communications by WhatsApp and cc’d in to straight to the point emails was unusual for myself as a bit of an old fashioned pedant but the direct approach worked and I knew Matt was doing all he could along the way to “get this over the line!”. Very good fee rate and hard work earning it!

GoogleI received an outstanding and professional service from Luke from start to finish. My house had been on the market with 3 other agents and although I had lots of viewings, I hadn’t had any offers. Luke was honest with me and told me what I should expect to get, as my property had been on the market for over a year with the other agents. In 2 weeks, I had lots of accompanied viewings and on the Saturday I viewed the property I wanted to buy. One telephone call to Luke to say, I have found my dream home and I am willing to take a reasonable offer. He had a viewing within 40 minutes and an offer the next day. We had a very difficult sale due to the size of the chain and Luke ensured that I was updated every step of the way and always on the end of the phone. Even if it was to give me bad news. The sale went through and I got the home I wanted. On the day we completed Luke arrived at my new home, with a bouquet of flowers and card. I can not recommend him enough as he restored my faith in estate agents. Luke is honest and extremely hard working. I wouldn’t dream of using anyone else My Dad used this company in 2021. His house was sold for the asking price on the first day. Luke took the time to listen and explain things to my Dad with the upmost respect. Luke listened to my elderly Dads stories despite being really busy. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Helping my Dad to find another suitable property that met his needs and even sending me details of properties with other agents, just sums up what a kind and considerate man he is. The sale and purchase went through smoothly and Luke kept us informed every step of the way. Luke and Matt are honest and transparent. Their whole team is courteous, professional and friendly. The response time for this estate agents to get back to you is immediate. Keep doing what you are doing as you tick every box, the other agents fail to do. GoogleBought a house through MWEA recently and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with! Straight talk from the outset and very open about the situation regards to offers made. No chain involved so ours was always expected to be a quick transaction and Matt was keen to make sure that everything carried on smoothly throughout, you could easily tell he was working to make sure that both sides were kept happy and up to date on how things were progressing. Can't thank him enough for his patience when our solicitors had an issue that added a couple of weeks delay right at the last minute with very little information we could pass on! The viewing experience was not awkward or pressured and Matt had great knowledge and understanding of the seller's situation and about the property. Negotiations were sensible and straight forward and from beginning to end Matt kept us up to date and chased when required. A few hurdles on the conveyancing side and further up the chain, but Matt stuck with us and we knew he was doing his best. We would be happy to deal with Matt and Murdock & Wasley in the future. Everything was explained in detail and actions were made promptly when query's were sent with regards to updates through the process of the sale. The teams dedication to customer support and clarity of information has been excellent throughout. I would highly recommend Murdock and Wasley to anyone and in particular for their customer support, knowledge of the market area and the dedication to keep both the buyer and seller in the know - all conducted in such a friendly and proffesional manor.

GoogleMy wife and I were making the move from London to Gloucester and after numerous viewings with a number of different estate agents in the area, we were extremely pleased to finally meet Matt at Murdock & Wasley. Matt was great in communicating with us and we felt that he genuinely wanted to help us find our perfect home, which he did! The rest of the team were also great and I can't speak highly enough of Murdock and Wasley. GoogleMurdock and Wasley have been brilliant throughout the whole process. Initially, we sold our house straightaway however this sale fell through after a few months. They resold our house within a day meaning we were able to proceed with our original purchase and we have now exchanged contracts and are due to move into our new home this week. We dealt exclusively with Matt Wasley who has been amazing-he has been really attentive to our needs and has responded to all of our queries and concerns immediately. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we are so grateful for everything he has done for us. Big thanks to Laura who has also done a lot of chasing for us. Also, their costs are very reasonable and highly competitive. We would always recommended Murdock and Wasley to anyone selling their home. The most wonderful service! Thank you, Hayley and Simon.

Personally, we were in the very middle of a complex chain and Matt liaised with buyers, sellers, estate agents etc regularly, I often received contact from Matt out of their advertised office hours (I don't think he has an 'off-switch'), which is only a small display and indication of their willingness to provide the highest possible service to their clients. Yesterday, we all managed to exchange and we can now plan to get settled in our new home... No surprises, but Matt was the first person to be on the phone giving me the good news!
