GoogleI instructed Murdock and Wasley to complete my house sale. The house went on the market on the Wednesday and it had received three offers by the Friday.
Solicitors have been quite tricky this year, with the amount of conveyancing they have had to deal with and the team at Murdock and Wasley have been gracious and professional in chasing them along ensuring that the sale was a smooth process.
I wouldnt hesitate in using them again in the future and they were a breath of fresh air.

Then when the paperwork came through from the solicitors in the small print it stated it did not include it.
