GoogleWe purchased a house through M & W and they've been extremely helpful from start to finish. Hannah and Matthew at both viewings had all the information about the property. Matt W and Laura have helped liase with solicitors and Laura has kept us informed every step of the way. Nothing was too much. I highly recommend using them if you're selling or buying a property.

GoogleCan not recommend highly enough. Luke is without a doubt the reason we now own our dream home and went above and beyond to get our sale through despite many hurdles along the way! Always so professional and any questions were answered immediately and Luke did all the necessary chasing of solicitors and Buyers without needing to ask! I wouldn’t use anyone else!

GoogleMatt has been relentless throughout. He got me a buyer on the first hit at my asking price. We got some snags at the start of the chain so its been a bit delayed but Matt never gave up doing everything he could to iron out the wobbles this whole time! He's certainly worked hard for his commission.

GoogleFantastic from start to finish. Cannot rate the team at Murdock & Wasley highly enough. The team provided us with an initial appraisal of our home which was incredibly helpful, they did not apply any pressure for us to use them for the sale of our house and gave open, honest feedback which made it easy to decide to go with them. Selling a home is incredibly stressful and you don’t need smoke and mirrors in the process, they gave us insightful knowledge of the current market and helped us understand what to expect. When our home was SSTC we were delighted to find the property we fell in love with was also being marketed by MWEA. We were filled with confidence that the entire process would be handled professionally. Even when a slight bump in the road occurred the team at MWEA went above and beyond to get everything back on track. We write this now sat in our dream new home after completing earlier today, we have been over the moon with the service provided by MWEA.
