GoogleMatt has been full of energy and passion throughout the journey of selling my house right from the valuation. He is professional but modern and flex’s to meet buyer and sellers needs. He has been contactable at all times through the process, providing guidance, reassurance and taking the challenge of chasing solicitors when needed. Really can’t recommend Matt and the estate agency highly enough, have recommended to several people already.

We could not have sold my fathers home without Matt’s help and expertise, he guided us through a tricky sell at a difficult time. Matt has helped several members of my family purchase property for both rental as well as homes. He knows the market so well that he can find the right property at the right price. GoogleHighly recommended, Luke was acting agent for his client on a property we purchased in 2019, on viewing of the property (now our home) we were met by a pleasant, friendly individual who greeted us as though he had known us a lifetime. He showed us around the property and during the viewing it was quite clear we were dealing with a professional, honest and genuine person who cared about our interest and needs also. After viewing so many properties we knew this property was our forever home and Luke helped both his Clint and ourselves to secure a deal. During the sale process of our own property unbeknown to us we were to hit major Issues further down the chain, and due to situations out of our control, all parties involved were to endure one of the most difficult and stressful times of our lives. A straight forward sale process of approximately 12 weeks ended up taking a little over 7 months. During this time Luke was an absolute godsend, always on hand to guide us in the right direction, providing support and advice that we were unable to obtain from our own agent, he went above and beyond for all parties. Even though he wasn’t acting agent on our property, and had absolutely no reason to as there was no financial gain in it for him, he took full control of the entire process providing us all with accurate and up to date information throughout that others couldn’t. He put not only all other estate agents but many of the solicitors to shame with his ability to obtain such information. he lived through the ordeal with us during this time and felt every ounce of stress and frustration that we all felt, yet still continued to push and provide help for us all to ensure the process complete. At times we felt like giving up and walking away he remained positive and provided strength when it was needed. There is no doubt in our minds that without him the outcome would of been very different. It’s is very clear upon meeting Luke that he is very passionate about his career and when it comes to helping others he’s a leader in his field. GoogleWe contacted Murdock & Wasley after an exasperating experience with another estate agent. Matt arrived, listened to the issues we had experienced and reassured us he would sell our house. He was professional and friendly the whole time and any feedback was done immediately. He soon found us a buyer, and ensured they had the funds in place. He then kept in contact every step of the way, chasing the solicitors when needed so that the process kept moving. He gave us complete confidence and peace of mind and we never doubted he would sell our property. We would definitely recommend Murdock & Wasley. In fact we recommended them to a friend and their sale is progressing very well too.

GoogleI dealt mainly with Matt and could tell he was the right estate agent the moment I met him. He knows the area very well and was realistic with price. He also kept me well informed every step of the way, absolutely no chasing for updates ever! Matt really went above and beyond when it came to the sale of the house. Tilly, was patient and put a lot of hard work in to getting the house over the line before the holiday weekend. Overall, every member of the team which I dealt with, made what had been a very sad experience of selling my brother’s house, as stress free as possible and dealt with, with great sensitivity. I can see why they are the best estate agent in Gloucester.
