GoogleWhat can I say that hasn't already been summed up by the other reviews. From the get go these guys were knowldgable, helpful, professional and easy to talk to. Miles was amazing helping us through each step and Otis and Charlie were brilliant at keeping us in the loop. Through all the bumps in the road (and boy were there a few) they were there to help us as we got out property sold.

GoogleRight from the day we visited our new home and put an offer in the staff from Michael Tuck have been amazing. They constantly kept in touch with us with progress and any queries we had were answered promptly. Otis was great at arranging for us to do a second visit and then Charlie worked so hard to ensure the sale went through by ringing us to chase queries or to try to meet deadlines. It got incredibly stressful on the completion day, due to an error by our solicitor but Charlie constantly phoned and chased up the account manager and solicitor until we completed. They have provided an exemplary service and we would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleProbably the best estate agent in Gloucester! We’ve moved house many times and used quite a few of them! The service has been exceptional both dealing with our sale and purchase. Otis is very personable and his easy going manner is just what you need when the process gets stressful. Charlie went above and beyond to ensure exchange happened when we needed it to, and he kept chasing throughout the completion day to make sure we got the keys despite problems with a solicitor elsewhere in the chain. Great service, would thoroughly recommend.
