GoogleMy involvement with Michael Tuck related to a house sale, which started pre Liz Truss and ended during the Richie Sunak phase. I mention this as the housing market changed drastically during this time (thanks Liz) and in fact caused one of my buyers to pull out. Ergo, my eventual sale ended up being very protracted but we got it done in the end with special thanks to Otis who was tenacious from his initial valuing through to handling the offers and advising on getting the best price from interested parties.
Otis was down to earth and approachable, and was a good ear listening to my concerns and worries and advising as the housing market changed in front of my eyes. In fact, everyone in the office was great... Professional, but more importantly friendly.. I often spoke with Charlie in Otis' absence and he was able to update me as needed or pass on messages.

GoogleAs a whole I think the service provided by Michael Tuck Estate Agents was of a reasonable quality.
Knowledge of the property was a little sketchy and not all the keys were available on the site visit. However the firms representative was pleasant to deal with.
In general, every person I have dealt with at Michael Tuck has been polite and easy to deal with and they certainly seem to have a good grasp of the housing availability in Quedgeley, being located in the centre of the village close to the local solicitors conveyancing department, which is useful.
