I recently used Michael Tuck Estate Agents In Quedgeley when I downsized from a three bedroomed detached house with garden, shed and garage to an end terrace small bungalow, also in Quedgeley. I cannot fault the whole sales team throughout the process. Led by Otis they were helpful, kind and patient, which they needed to be as I hadn’t moved house for 45 years! So to all of them, Otis, Hayley, Yasmin, Myles and Jimmy (I hope I haven’t missed anyone out, apologies if I have), thank you so much for helping me through such a stressful life event. You were all great.

I recently purchased my first property through Michael Tuck Estate Agents. I was relocating from across the country which didn't help the situation, but from the start of my journey they have been fantastic! Jimmy Cronshaw was my main contact at the beginning of the process and was really helpful and informative on my viewings and through the offer process. Otis Brown took the reigns following offer through to completion and the experience with both was great! Otis was awesome and the communication was on point. He was quick to relay any questions I had with the vendors and organise a second viewing at short notice and was always upbeat and friendly to work with. Overall my experience was really fantastic and if I decide to sell in the future, I'd be happy to work with them from the other side of the process as well!

Two reviews in one: Firstly, Michael Tuck Lettings have looked after my rental property for the last 19 years and during that time Rob, Claire, Vikki-Lee and the rest of the team have been absolutely brilliant! With their support I've never had a void period and my tenants have been exceptional - I really can't thank them enough for all their help and advice over the years. When the time came to give up being a landlord, Otis on the estate agency side took over and found a buyer within days. The whole sale process has been a breeze and we completed today without a hitch. Thank you Otis, you've been a star! Whether you're a landlord, or just selling a property, my advice would be to get in touch with these guys and let them take the strain.

5* <- enough said really I cant fault these guys at all. Ed took us on a tour of a few local properties and was brilliant and answer all questions we had and put us at ease. Buying process of our first property was a great experience due to these guys. Was always kept up to date and Otis made sure of this. He even sort out some issue we had and made sure the whole experience went smooth. Just collected my keys and im so happy honestly. I was really impressed with Otis Brown from the very start. There wasn't the expected approach and focus on sales, he didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, but I gained the impression he was honest. Awful letting manager Lianne stinks of alcohol turned up 20 minutes late to the house. Didn’t apologise. Wasn’t going to post this review as it was years ago however recently seen a post in Gloucester spotted about her daughter mocking someone losing a baby, and hoping they lose their currently pregnancy. Looks like the apple didn’t fall far from the tree. AWFUL- don’t use this agent!

Otis is an honest and decent bloke. Not too 'salesy' and easy to deal with. We had a protracted sale (not due to any fault of Otis/Tuck's) and at times it was hard going but Otis was calm and honest throughout and we got there in the end. Special mentions to Sue and Miles who were also very helpful. Highly recommended.
