GoogleExtremely poor services, never use them! I let my property via Andrew's property management services option which is quite expensive about 10% including VAT and significant upfront cot every year - They promised to do 3 months post tenancy visit/check, for which they didn't report anything! Later on when tenant left, we found out property was in a mess and extremely filthy and needed repair as well. I requested almost for a month to arrange for a visit before the end of tenancy, but Andrews didn't arrange. Andrews took a month to arrange for supplier to fix the issues. During this time, they left the heating/boiling on, resulting in huge (more than £300 while property was empty) electricity bill, this is simple inefficiency and bad services. Overall, thanks to Andrews I lost almost two months' rent, and incurred unnecessary cost for electricity, council tax while I paid significant amount to Andrews to manage the property. I wouldn't recommend Andrews - they are the worse management company I came across I will definitely never use them again.

GoogleI had my first property valuation for renting our flat today with Hayley Tennet. She made me feel so comfortable, at ease and confident in her knowledge and abilities, she really knows her stuff! Hayley explained everything that we need to do and our various options in an easy to understand way. We had a lovely chat, and I probably chewed her ear off for far too long haha! Really looking forward to working together with Hayley on this and getting the right tenants for us!

I really was so impressed by the estate agent that managed our case. His name was Isaac Biggerstaff and he really was amazing. The whole Andrews property group were very efficient in responding to any queries, organised with bookings and really did seem to show genuine care. As I said, the best part was the contact had with Isaac Biggerstaff - he was so easy to talk to, really understanding about the challenges with house buying, researched any queries we had, and overall gave us at 5 star experience with the estate agent service.

I have been fighting with this agent for several weeks now as they dont bother repay me the deposit. Even though the landlord agreed for the deposit to be returned to me, this agency doesnt care. In most cases they dont even answer my messages and when they do, those are just empty promises. Absolute rubbish service. AVOID!!!
