GoogleWe first met Hayley when we were looking to buy a flat to rent out to our Ukrainian family. Hayley was really understanding of the situation, showed us flats that filled the brief and then explained the story to the seller who was very accommodating. Hayley also helped clearly set out what we needed to do as first time landlords and the best practice needed.

Andrews took over management of our property. They promised excellent service and communication and a full management service that meant I would not have to manage the property. From day 1 of tenants moving into the property, I was given wrong or incomplete information, I had to chase Andrews to do their job and when they didn't do what they were supposed to do they lied about it to cover their backs after taking 6weeks to respond to me after tenants reported problems at the property. Further to this, when I enquired why they were holding money on my account, it took the regional manager to tell me what it was for as the staff and branch manager couldn't figure it out and when I asked why this money was held for several months unnecessarily I was simply ignored. I asked to leave and move to another company and have been waiting for several weeks for the branch manager to get back to me. Another company has taken over management but I am still awaiting responses to ongoing complaints. During all this I found out that neighbours have complained about the tenants and I was not notified and I'm disappointed as it was dealt with wrong and had I been contacted the complaint would have been resolved for a better outcome for the tenant. The entire service from Andrews has been stressful and upsetting and taken up far more of my time than necessary. Communication and basic property management has been poor and the branch manager has taken responsibility and apologised but failed to reply to get a resolution.

Duane and his team were very helpful in ensuring that the sale of my buy to let property ran as smoothly as possible.Duane in particular ensured a good sale price was negotiated with the buyer.I’m rating my experience with 4 stars due to the confusion at the end of the sale regarding the rent and the time it took to resolve. Overall the team are professional and knowledgable on both the selling and lettings side.

GoogleSold my house through Andrews in November this year, appalling communication, no updates. Buyer was passed my contact details by a former employee, then had to sort out all the details and chasing myself including handing the keys over on the day of exchange. The Estate Agent then called the day after as he had been told that the house was completed and wondered when I could bring the keys in to him! Not impressed and would not use again for buying or selling.NegativeQuality

Thanks to the brilliant efforts of Bailey and James at Andrews Letting in Bristol, I think I have found some great tenants for my flat. This is the first time I have let out my flat and I was feeling apprehensive. I have received great support from Andrews throughout the process. When Bailey showed prospective tenants around he made sure he passed over information to them that I thought was important.

GoogleMe and my partner viewed a property through Andrews with Shayla. The property in question wasn’t quite what we was looking for, and Shayla was very understanding about this. In due course a property became available and she called us straight away with the details. Exceptional communication and it never felt like I was hassling Shayla. Weekday or weekend we were updated and I really feel without Shayla, we wouldn’t have been successful in our new home! We cannot wait to move in and we feel satisfied that we will be looked after whilst living in our home if any problems occur. 5 plus star! After a pretty horrendous experience dealing with another estate agent I proceeded with caution when enquiring about a property through Andrews. I firstly spoke to Shayla who swiftly arranged a viewing and was able to show me around what I can now say is our new home. She was excellent on the viewing and took the time to talk to me at the end and get an understanding of our situation. From there on the procedure could not of been easier. After this point I had been starting to deal with Shannon through the application process. She was in regular contact, and made each stage very easy. It was an extremely simple process and I cannot thank these two ladies enough! :) Throughout the whole process I never felt like I had to 'chase up' or take the time out to call for updates.
