I received an excellent service by Lorna from the barnet and kingsbury branch. She was great at handling the referencing process for a new tenant, completing all paperwork at a very fast rate. This was done proactively before the Easter weekend and Lorna ensured a smooth transition to a new tenancy very quickly. She's competent, easy to work with, flexible proactive and responsive to all queries. She always responds to calls I'm very thankful to Andrews and their staff for the meticulous service they offer.

My emails are always replied to in a timely way and any issues with my property have been dealt with swiftly with minimal input from me! I appointed Andrews for the sale of my property and honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. From the outset, all staff have been friendly, professional and efficient. Upon accepting an offer on my property, I was introduced to Emma Willingham, Customer Support Advisor. Unfortunately, I experienced several issues during the conveyancing process and Emma has been absolutely outstanding throughout, going above and beyond the remit of her role to ensure that things continued to move in the right direction. Emma maintained frequent communication with me, offering advice and reassurance during a stressful time, which I am grateful for.
