GoogleI made appointment for viewing, they call me to confirm the appointment, I travelled 1 hour to Gloucester and 20min. befor this time they send me a message "Sorry we no longer have access into the property." DON'T LOSE YOUR TIME with this agency.

GoogleA total joke and a waste of time. Went there and was not helped or even called back after assurance that it will happen once the right team will be back in the office. Better go to somebody else who actually is interested in dealing with customers.

GoogleRented from them a few years back and would never recommend them to any one. After each rental they print a few pages off for you to sign and want to charge you a fortune for Admin.....total joke.
