FacebookStepping Stones went above and beyond to sell my house (the first day it went on the market, and again in a day when the first sale fell through), and were on hand night and day to help push the chain through to completion when a third party became very tricky. It wasnβt just business to them, they took the time and effort to know us personally. As a local, female-run company, I wouldnβt hesitate to recommend them to anybody buying or selling in the Glossop area. They deserve their success.

FacebookWe asked stepping stones to put our house up for sale in January, by 6 days it was on rightmove and had 10 viewings on the house on the next 2 days, we have 4 offers and was sold on the 2nd day. I canβt thank the team at stepping stones for all that they have done. So professional and really easy to talk too about anything you need. Thanks ladies for making selling my house easy. Xx

GoogleThey were with us every step of the way. We wanted a certain move in date and they did everything in their power to help us and we managed to get what we wanted. We have also had some teething issues with the property but have got any issues sorted for us ASAP. Fabulous and nothing but good to say about them.

Molly and the rest of the team are friendly, hard working and happy to answer any questions you have (no matter how silly). FacebookThe ladies at Stepping Stones are fabulous! They certainly go above and beyond, compared to other estate agents I have dealt with over the past few years. After securing a purchaser within 4 weeks, over the coming weeks there were lots of issues with the lack of knowledge and professionalism of the purchaser's conveyancer. This resulted in a very long delay and completion finally happened about 4 months later! Throughout the toing and throwing the ladies at Stepping Stones contacted the conveyancer and our solicitor many times - something they did not have to do and certainly this is not their job at all! They did this to try and speed up the process and for that I cannot thank them enough. They certainly go the extra mile and I would not hesitate to recommend them, as I have already done (my mother in law and brother in law have both recently sold properties through Stepping Stones). If you are looking for an estate agent a to sell your home you will not be disappointed with the service Stepping Stones provide .

GoogleI battled to get money back that they owed me, it was an absolute nightmare. After seeking help I did get everything back that they owed me, and it was because of a numerical error on their part. It actually made me poorly having to deal with them, had I been well, I would have taken it further and reported them to the ombudsman If you have any dealings with them, ALWAYS double check the figures

FacebookAbsolutely fantastic people who will bend over backwards to help you and are there from the beginning right through. They even helped us out after the sale was completed. Stepping Stones are local and so really know the area, and, unlike some estate agents, really listen to what you are looking for and only show you properties that you actually like. They are also very easy to get a hold of and it is great because you talk to the same person all the time, we had Amanda and she really did look after us well.

FacebookThe team at stepping stones are quality, they helped us through every part of the sale of our house. They even helped with some of the difficult issues of our purchase which was not through themselves. I would highly recommend them and if i was to sell again, I'd not even contemplate using anyone else. (But I'm never moving again ha ha) Thank you all so much for all of your help you have all been fantastic.
