From viewing with Amanda to completing the purchase with Molly and Rebekah, everything ran smoothly. They were so quick to respond to my (many!) emails and were always more than helpful. Would highly recommend!

GoogleI am currently going through a sale and a purchase with Stepping Stones and the whole process couldn’t have been made easier. The team have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Their fees have been extremely competitive and great value, not to mention their support with the process along the way, there’s always somebody there to pick up or help with an enquiry and any question never gets missed no matter how small. I would highly recommend 🥰

GoogleI viewed a property listed with Stepping Stones yesterday and was very impressed. I have viewed many properties over the years and this was like no other experience in terms of professionalism. Amanda arrived promptly and was prepared with all the property details. She was respectful of the property, inviting us to wear shoe coverings and also ensuring we didn’t see security codes. She took time to establish our buying needs, was cheerful and didn’t rush us. She had excellent knowledge of the local area, and no question was too much trouble. I can only hope that the agent selling my house is as thorough. Exemplary.

FacebookCan't fault Stepping Stones at all. Amanda dealt with the viewings and photos of the house etc and Debra kept in touch with me throughout the sales process. Paid £495 upfront and that was all to sell the house and for that money the service was just incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile. Outstanding service.

They were very helpful in that they kept us informed throughout the process and made sure we had all documentation at the right time. GoogleIt's been a few years since I've received genuine and helpful service from a property management company or estate agent. Stepping Stones have come as a very pleasant surprise. As a tenant, it's sadly normal to be treated like a cash cow or a number. Not with this team! I feel that they worked hard to help us get our application approved, and they went above and beyond to help us resolve a couple of snags that we hit during the (very efficient) process. When we got the keys and had trouble with a lock on a door late on a Friday, it was sorted the next morning. Every member of the team that we've spoke to has been kind and friendly. If you want to rent through a team that have your best interests at heart, I recommend you give Stepping Stones a whirl.

Facebookabsolutely disgusting the way my grandparents were treated today when collecting the keys for their new property, messed around, fobbed off and spoken to like dirt, agents need to learn some respect!! messing two over 75yr olds around all morning and into the afternoon when they were promised keys first thing, would not trust this company with anything, jokers! jackie has a particularly bad attitude
I think if you took time to speak to all of the family involved in this move and spoke to my grandparents in person about the added stress you have caused you would realise that it is in fact 100% the case and not "un factual" as you have called it!
