Each member of staff are first class and go above and beyond their job to help you, we had a few problems as you do in a chain of people and they responded and solved for us. Absolutely 5*. GoogleThe most appalling rental agents I've had the misfortune of encountering. Will make you jump through hoops to get on to their books and then will ignore all emails when your terribly maintained house needs repairing. I've given up bothering to email them to ask them to fix anything as they just ignore me. PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY

FacebookReported one of your properties in Droylsden St. George's road last year as the tree in the rear garden is bigger than the house and affecting the light in my garden. Was advised maintenance is busy and could take 6 months. Been a year and you've done nothing! Time to escalate this further as you have a duty to maintain property.

GoogleAfter making sure everywhere was nice and tidy for the arranged 9am appointment, to ring the office at 9.30am to find out why they hadn't arrived yet only to be told the lady was in a meeting she had forgotten about and they'd have to rearrange! They didn't even have the courtesy to pick up the telephone to explain this!
