GoogleOnly used 2 letting agents in Glossop. The first was and I understand is still a nightmare company.However since I moved to Simple lettings everything has been spot on. Payments to me always on time,repairs taken care of and always kept in the loop. I don't need to worry about anything with this company - highly recommend them. Mark and Janet Styler

GoogleRented my mum £850 3 bedroom cottage out it was damp mouldy old smelly carpets doors and tiles hanging off, shower wasn't working . Tin roof at the back, Windows not double glazed all rotted .. never did repairs.. not giving deposit back so getting took court ..stay clear from simple lettings plane and simple..

GoogleProvided incorrect information at the viewing, thereafter attempted to Increase the monthly rental, thus a complete waste of time viewing.
Good Morning Mrs Scott. Many thanks for bringing this to our attention on your Mother's behalf from her viewing carried out in May 2020. Please look on our rightmove advert as it clearly states should a tenant have a pet there is an additional 5% rent increase due to having a pet at the property. For the landlords who accept pets we do this for each and everyone one due to the rules changing in June 2019 and not being able to take pet deposits. many thanks simple lettings & sales

GoogleSimple Lettings have done a great job managing my property whilst overseas, marketing the property and the ongoing management of tenants, repairs etc. I recently had a lot of rebuilding issues to deal with and the team coordinated the whole project efficiently and in a helpful and positive way. I would happily recommend them.

GoogleHorrendous company to deal with. Avoid at all costs! Staff are rude and can be intimidating. Only good reviews they have are by the staff that actually work there.
