Had amazing experience with Ryder & Dutton estate Agents. Freya and Rachael Hilton were spot on with their work. Can’t thank Rachael Hilton for making our move so easy and convenient. We had only 4 weeks to move, we were really stressed but Rachael and Freya arranged our viewing according to the time that suited us as me and my husband both are working full-time. All the documentation work was done on time. Throughout the process Rachael kept us updating time to time and within 3 weeks we were in our new home. Freya was very kind and helpful to show us our new home and made sure we have access to everything. Highly recommended. Thank you so much Rachael Hilton and Freya for all the hard work that you both put in for making our move stress-free.

Great experience!

Me and my husband recently sold our property through Ryder & Dutton and we can’t thank them enough for the smooth journey. We were apprehensive at the beginning as we know with the current market, houses are taking a while to sell however the process from start to finish was very easy. Chris initially valued our property and just speaking with him put us at ease, he was very approachable and lovely to speak to. Then we liaised with Naveen who was really helpful with going back and forth with us and our buyers, she always kept us in the loop even if there was nothing going on she kept us reassured through the process. Our move manager was Catherine and she was an absolute delight to liaise with, she responded efficiently through emails and phone calls and kept us updated at all times. We would highly recommend Ryder & Dutton and will be looking to potentially plan our next move with them :)

We recently sold our home with Ryder & Dutton and purchased our next one through them at the same time. Kris came out to do the initial valuation and was very thorough, informative but most of all, lovely. We’d spoken to another estate agent previous to Ryder & Dutton who didn’t come out to value our house, just had a quick phone call and that was it. Kris came prepared with a folder of information about our house and went through everything ensuring we fully understood the process. Once on the market we were looked after by Naveen, who again, was absolutely brilliant. From booking in viewings, phoning giving us feedback and securing our buyer, she was nothing but personable, professional and really on the ball with everything giving us updates as and when she could. When buying our next home we dealt with Lauren who just like Kris and Naveen, was professional, personable and kept us up to date every step of the way. Both Naveen and Lauren had the answer to every question I asked and made the whole process of buying and selling as stress free as possible.

Happy with the service

I recently bought a property through Ryder & Dutton and was very happy with the service provided!The sale didn't go too smoothly and was a lengthy process (through no fault of Ryden & Dutton). Matt was there to help throughout. I was also away for a full month towards of the sale where there were a few complications. Matt was great in these circumstances and helped by communicating going back and forth with all parties to find out exactly what was needed to get the sale complete for me not long after I got back. We sold our house and bought our flat both through Ryder Dutton Rawtenstall in June.Graham was very easy and pleasant to deal with, and always happy to help. Leon took us through the process and was also easy to speak to and very helpful - and in particular very patient when there were slight glitches along the way. Throughout my home buying process, Ryder and Duttons Team has been absolutely impeccable. My main point of contact throughout the process was Geraldine who not only kept me updated regularly via email but also called me to check in and was amazing at responding to any queries I had. I sold my house recently through Ryder Dutton after the excellent service I'd previously had from them as a purchaser, I was not disappointed. From the first approach until the day of completion they were great, friendly, efficient & knowledgable. Fiona amd Freya were brilliant at helping me consider offers & in negotiating and I sold at a price I was happy with.The chain to complete was long and therefore complicated, Fiona went above and beyond to keep things moving and to ensure the completion date happened (despite some lack lustre solicitors for various parties). Wonderful team to work with. 16 viewings booked in a day and the house sold within a week at the asking price. We did the viewings ourselves over the weekend.Leanne came out initially and got the spec for the particulars and price right, the photos they took were really good and Martha was so efficient in taking the bookings, supported by the team calling me every 30 minutes. What's more, R&D were also acting for all those making an offer on our house so knew where they were in the process of selling their house.

Carmel was totally amazing. At the end of the sale we had many problems and she stood firm and made things happen. Never phased in spite of numerous setbacks mainly caused by our buyers and their solicitors. We, our solicitor, Carmel and the man who we were buying off worked tirelessly to make the exchange of contracts and then completion happen in spite of the problems we faced.Ove the years Ryder and Dutton have been my go to estate agents. Ryder and Dutton completed selling our property on 7th June in Cowlersley. Leanne was very accommodating when we first approached to sell the property and put it on the market within a week. Nicola managed the whole process of the sale and was very communicative throughout, she was very approachable and extremely helpful and calming through a stressful time.
