The estate agent had just finished telling us that it was very rarely used when a man with backpack came walking by looking strait into the property windows. Our apologies that you feel you had a wasted trip, the footpath is situated at the end of the first garden, the distance and the angle it runs at coupled with the small mullioned windows do not really infringe on the privacy offered inside the property, I would have been keen for you to view internally to fully appreciate this. As the property has a nice rear garden with the field beyond there are plenty of secluded areas. The present owner has never had issue with the path, but thank you for your comments we will make the necessary notes on the viewing file to avoid any further disappointment.
