Having tried 2 other agencies (1 online & 1 traditional) it was only R&D that achieved viewings and a sale. Their follow up was good and the staff helpful. An example of value- not the cheapest but worth it!

Recently sold our house with Ryder & Dutton and what a fantastic service we received. It started with Martin who valued our property and then Tracy who helped arrange viewings and offers. We were constantly kept up to date and everyone we dealt with was so helpful. Once we accepted an offer Emmy took over our sale and she was fantastic. Always at the end of the phone to offer us reassurance and advice. Emmy you really did help keep us sane. We can't thank you enough. 11 out if 10 would definitely recommend

Everything that could have gone wrong did go wrong during our sale and if it wasn't for the hard work and reassurance from Ryan on a daily basis we would have pulled out of the process completely. Always at the end of the phone and an email, which is something so simple but quite rare these days. I can not recommend them highly enough. GoogleAfter a very lengthy process, I have just purchased a property through Ryder and Dutton with Ryan at the helm. I can probably speak for the vendors too by saying that Ryan should be awarded more than five stars for the professionalism he displayed throughout the whole process. Ryan consistently responded quickly to every single phone call and email with the relevant information and always with a calm manner in what was a very stressful situation. GoogleWe didn’t use Ryder and Dutton but our sellers did. We opted for a online estate agent and it was like day and night. The online guys, whilst cheaper have no real interest when your property is on the Market. Declan at R&D was superb and went above and beyond helping ensure that everyone was informed with the progress on our purchase and the chain. The service received has meant if we ever need an estate agent in the future we will be using Ryder and Dutton. Declan you are a legend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
