I have experienced very poor service from the Company. My rental income are being held in their Company for over a month. We have tried many times to reach them to follow up on the status but got nil replies. They have been very unprofessional in honoring the their letting agent duties. Their service promise in our letting agent agreement cannot be satisfactorily fulfilled.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. This estate agent are relying on reputation to get away with putting minimum effort into the promotion and sale of properties. When you sign up with them you are constantly pestered with their "partners" trying to sell conveyancing and other services despite the fact that they are not doing anything to try and promote the property. Topping that off they will trap you in an overly long contract which is nearly double the length of any other local estate agent.

I want to Thank R&D for what was a very stressful move towards the end. Exchanging and completing on the same day is not enjoyable. A big thanks goes to Nichola who was fantastic from start to finish. I could not recommend them more.

One of 3 estate agents to value my property, theirs was the highest valuation. With fees falling midway between the 3, I decided to go with R&D. Their photographer did a brilliant job showcasing my home, and my house was sold for full asking price within 3 weeks! Excellent estate agency - puts the other so-called ‘market leading’ local agents to shame with their low valuations - makes you wonder if some of them just want easy commission - definitely not so with Ryder & Dutton! Communicated progress reports regularly.

We’ve finally completed on our sale and purchase today! Ryder and Dutton were always the first choice for selling our home. I can honestly say the lovely staff have been with us all the way through the whole journey. Michaela and Jade have literally gone above and beyond their duties. Great people to deal with and highly recommended. Special mention to the lovely Oliver also. If you want to sell your house quickly and professionally then go no further than these guys. Very stressful time selling our late mums house, but Ryan and Charlotte at Ryder & Dutton in Glossop did a great job easing us through the whole process in a very professional but understanding way, always picked up the phone and stayed in contact throughout, especially with the last minute emergency, Ryan stayed calm and we got through it, so from the whole family we want to say what a great job they did and a very big thank you.

Fantastic service from start to finish, the valuation with Jo was great, provided lots of information about the market, the local area and the suggested price was spot on, The Professional photographs were also amazing and really helped my property stand out. Tracey dealt with the initial marketing keeping me updated with viewings and offers and Emmy took over once an offer was agreed keeping the sale moving forward and giving me regular updates whilst liaising with solicitors and the buyers.A Professional, friendly service which I highly recommend and worth every penny.

TrustpilotAbsolutely disgusting customer service
Absolutely disgusting company to use to value or sell your property. They undervalue your home to ensure you get a quick sale. They don't care about you as a client. They are very unprofessional and bitched about their competitors who we had decided to go with. We have the email to prove it and I am still very tempted to take this to the ombudsman and to the local media. Please do not use this company as they dont care about the client, they bring the area down and only care about making a fast sale.
