GoogleIain - using stepdad's Google account. I've been looking to buy in Glossop for a few months now and have found Reeds Rains and the staff there who have been dealing with me, Chris and Sarah, absolutely brilliant. Sarah got me a great mortgage agreement and Chris showed me round my soon to be future home fingers crossed. Chris has been a pleasure to deal with from the very first time we went in to get on their books and every time since. Really appreciate all their help so far. Great team.

GoogleI recently bought my dream home with Reeds Rains and it’s fair to say it wasn’t smooth sailing. What I would say though is that throughout the process Laura was was great to have on your side, mediating between both sides and finally ensuring the deal was done. Yvonne at Reeds Rains also did a great job dealing with a very agitated me while Laura was away 🙈(sorry). Great work and I’m so grateful to you both. We got there in the end and I couldn’t be happier in my new home. Brilliant! Xx 👍👌

GoogleFrom the very start Reed Rains were very professional in setting up our sale, putting together great material and very quickly bringing in several potential buyers. We ended up being part of chain of several people and some extremely incompetent lawyers that made our move very difficult. Abi at Reed Rains spared no effort in reaching out to all agents, lawyers and buyers/ sellers to progress things every time we seemed to be stuck. Would highly recommend using Reed Rains.

My rent price per month has gone up by an extra £50, however, Reeds Rains has actually taken an extra £75.

GoogleCurrently in the process of purchasing a property through Reeds Rains Glossop and wanted to say how helpful and accommodating they have been, in particular Chris. We are living in Glasgow but will be moving back to the area. This has made viewings etc difficult but Chris has gone out of his way to help us, rearranging his schedule and even working outside of his normal working hours so that we could view a property. Always friendly and great for a chat! He has made the whole process so much smoother for us.

GoogleLaura has been so helpful throughout the whole process, myself and my boyfriend have moved out for the very first time so we have had to learn a lot in a small space of time but Laura has been there at the end of the phone for every stupid question I’ve asked. Quick, very reliable and a lovely person to deal with. Glad the property we have rented use Reeds Rains as I’ve heard some awful stories from friends in similar situations with other estate agents. GoogleI would personally like to thank Hannah (Glossop Branch) for her outstanding customer care and attention. Even though I had called the wrong branch handling the property I was interested in, Hannah called the other branch herself to find out the details and then offered ( as a suggestion) another property which she suggested might be more to my taste. The arrangements to view the property were made very promptly and efficiently, at a time I requested and Hannah offered to have the Agent showing us the property meet us as the location is a bit tricky to find. I was quite simply amazed at the high standard of customer service, especially as this was during the Christmas period. I had expected delays especially with regards to viewings. Based on my experience with Reeds and Rain I would recommend them as their professionalism, customer service and attention to detail goes above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Hannah

GoogleI would personally like to thank the team at Reeds Rains for the very professional way in which they dealt with my house sale. I primarily dealt with two of the team: Paul and Kirsty. But I am confident that whoever had dealt with it, it would have been exactly the same.I have seen how hard they work. Outstanding! Initially, Paul valued my house. It is dearer than the other estate agents,,,,HOWEVER - DO NOT BE PUT OFF BY THIS. It is worth it. Even before my house went on the internet, I had two viewers and two offers from their own data base. At every stage I was kept informed of what was happening. Kirsty was responsible for the house sale and she was superbly efficient with a very pleasant but confident and professional approach. She will also be very pro active with the house you are hoping to buy. Even though it might be in a different location and with a different estate agent, as mine was! I have nothing but high praise for this branch of Reeds Rains. They are a team who the company should really value. Thank you so much. Best price realised and the sale ultra quick! Amazing!
