Moved into our property in April 2024, mould round the bath, oven filthy inside, yellow stain on the mattress, no working washing machine for over the first 2 weeks of the tenancy, despite multiple requests for a fix, and you’d think this would be something the landlord would check before the move in date?

GoogleReeds Rains were absolutely excellent throughout the whole house sale journey. Having dealt with a few different estate agents I think Reeds Rains are definitely the best. Carolyne in particular was brilliant.....was on top of everything all the way through, really nice to deal with and kept checking in on me throughout. A really professional job and they make you feel properly looked after too. Fully deserved 5 stars.

The process was more complicated than the norm, but Yvonne applied exactly the right amount of pressure on the relevant parties to push it through to completion and was a genuine pleasure to deal with. GoogleBy far the most polite and understanding estate agents I've been to. Booking viewings was simple plus the estate agent Chris was on time or early to all of them. Everything I needed to know was explained well and they did everything to help us through the process as this is our first rental property.
