GoogleThrought the process Yvonne and Abi were professional, informative and totally supportive given the circumstances being the sale of my late dads house. They were always on hand to ask questions and provided updates as soon as they had them. I always felt they were there if I needed them and they certainly eased the stress and burden of the sale. A huge thank you to both.

GoogleOf all the moves arranged for family and friends this last move assisted by Carolyne at Reeds- Rains Glossop was the easiest. Carolyne was most helpful offering expert advice when required. I dare say if Carolyne had not been available to complete all the necessary paperwork the move would not have been possible. So many thanks.

Still waiting for my deposit back after 5 month ! Now saying landlord disputing it.. also waiting on calls back from phill in the office is a joke! Told constantly he’s not there or will call back to never hear from him!

Moved out of a property over 2 weeks ago, no deposit returned even though full return was authorised by the landlord. No communication from the office, no one replies to emails honestly shocking from all departments. We have even been chased for rent that is not due. Our deposit seems to have disappeared into thin air and no one will get in contact with us from Reeds Rains Didsbury, we are horrified at the whole process with them. We received an email to say our deposit was no longer being protected over a week ago, but it has not been returned to us since it was sent, so where is it? DO NOT USE THIS LETTING AGENTS

If you are heartless and want your ex out of a house SHE has paid for as SHE was the only one working and dont care if she becomes homeless these are the heartless people to use .not only will the sell the house from underneath her but also make her HOMELESS then when it does sell they will harass and harass her even though she has a month to leave they will make sure you are so uncomfortable in a house you have lived in for 25 years they dont care if you are on the strèets belongs they get their ££££and the staff are just as heartless
