Thanks to the massive help from Carolyne, along with Abi and Paul at the local Reeds Rains office, we were able to take the opportunity to freshen up our property , conduct all the relevant checks and make some improvements; PLUS find the most suitable tenant to meet our requirements. All within just a short period of time between tenants. GoogleCarolyne and team helped with our first big move to a different area. The process wasn’t exactly straight forward (lots of paperwork etc) but I know this is expected when moving house. However, Carolyne and Yvonne were always lovely to deal with throughout the process and I know they always tried to help the best they could. Thank you to all the team at Reeds Rains Glossop for all your help getting us into our lovely new home. We are happily settling in and love the area ☺️

Almost completed a rental with Pemberton branch, due to sign contracts and collect keys to our new home this coming Friday! The help, support and advice from the staff has been phenomenal! We have rented with three Estate Agents over the past 13years, and to say that Reeds Rains have done a Great job thus far is understating their efforts. All the Staff are friendly, approachable, kind and respectful. Which is Lovely, especially when it comes to filling forms in online when you're not a confident computer user of a certain age! We have been being looked after by Kayleigh and Jessica, mostly, they have been exceptional. Thank you, So Much, to All at the Pemberton Branch, Kayleigh, Jessica and Lewis, we can't wait to finalise on Friday, and pick the keys up to our new home.
