McMillans Estate Agents were amazing to deal with from start to finish! We bought and sold through them and their service way exceeded our expectations. Barrie’s knowledge of the local property market is second to none, and thanks to his honesty and professionalism we managed to get the quick sale we had hoped for; our house was sale agreed within less than a week. Janice was also extremely friendly and kept us regularly updated with viewings etc as well as helping us with any paperwork. The service they provide goes way beyond putting up a ‘for sale’ sign and getting some pictures taken, they really do go the extra mile to make sure that you are well looked after and get your house sold! My experience with Jim and his staff has been extremely positive. My sale was a matrimonial sale and both parties treated courteously and professionally. Jim McMillan and his staff took all the worry and hassle out of my house sale. This is the fourth time I have sold a house and it was the most "stress free" by some distance. Jim was always on time for appointments to view and survey the house and his staff were quick to update me on viewings and offers from potential buyers.
