GoogleI have used McMillan Estate Agents a few times over many years of house sales and they have continued to manitain a high professional standard for me on this most recent occassion. I have dealt with lots of the team members but Cormac and Barrie have handled the sale of my property with professionalism, support and courtesy. But I could add that I have had additional support when required from Janice, both Lauras, Hannah, Katrina, Emma and indeed Jim McMillan himself. I would recommend McMillan to anyone hoping for a smooth and efficient sale and or purchase of their property.

GoogleWe recently sold our parents house and wanted to use a local estate agent who would have knowledge of the market in our area and McMillan Estate Agents were superb. From the first meeting to the final phone call we couldn't fault them at all. We were kept informed at every stage of what was happening and their advice was very worthwhile achieving a great price for the property. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them. The fees were realistic as well with no hidden extra costs.

This was not a run of the mill sale and they were there for us throughout the journey. GoogleI have dealt with Jim McMillan Estate Agents on a few previous occasions and once again they have come up trumps!! Everything was organised in a professional manner and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff concerned were very helpful but Barrie went over and above by assuring that I was kept informed of all actions between Solicitor, Purchaser and myself. I would have no hesitation in using the services of Barrie and his team again.

Barrie was personable and knowledgeable throughout, and I appreciated his realistic advice. The whole experience was one of a modern company providing a traditional customer service ethos (going the extra mile, good communication, etc.), the bottom line is that I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone reading this.

Laura was amazing throughout our whole selling journey, she stayed in touch continuously with updates and also provided guidance and support when buying, even when we bought from a different estate agent. Janice, Barry and Jim were also fantastic and could not have done more to help. Would highly recommend McMillan Estate Agents, they really make you feel like part of the family and truly are the best!

Jim, Barry and the team all seem to be one big happy family and it comes across when you do business with them. Laura kept me informed of any developments any time I spoke to any of the staff I found them to be very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them and in fact I hope to sell my own home in the near future and will be contacting McMillans again.

GoogleMcMillan's advised, marketed and sold our property in a matter of weeks. They kept us fully updated by email and phone of viewings and offers. Fortunately we had plenty of interest in the property and we were very pleased with the final offer which we duly accepted. Laura was extremely attentive and in her absence Barry filled the void. GoogleMcMillan Estate Agents were selling a house for an elderly relative who is in a residential care home and I was acting on her behalf. Due to this practical difficulty and the restrictions in place because of Covid, it was far from being a straightforward sale. But I have to say that from the initial meeting, the quality of service was first class. Excellent communication, keeping us up to date with all details about viewings, offers and practical issues really helped. Also liaising with other parties such as the solicitor, surveyor etc, it was very reassuring to be able to hand the whole process over to the experts knowing that all the paperwork and arrangements were being taken care of. To Jim himself and all the members of staff in the office, a big thank you for making what could have been a very stressful process hassle free and simple. GoogleI would highly recommend McMillan Estate agents. My husband and I have found them to be very professional and friendly during the recent sale of our house and for many years before. Many years ago we bought our first home from this company and, more recently we have viewed other properties that they are selling. We have got to know many of the staff who have, on many occasions, gone out of their way to help and advise us. Laura McM has been a frequent source of support, advising us on minor adjustments to our home to help with the value and sale but we have also got to know so many others such as Jim, Janice and Cormac who have helped in our search to find our next home. During our current search for our next home we have had to contact various other agents. This has highlighted just how good McMillan are.
