After searching for a home for over 2 years in what has been an extremely competitive market, we’d become quite disheartened by our experiences with estate agents. Buying through Zac was completely different! He was open and honest from the start and made the whole process of feel straightforward and stress-free. While it was clear he was representing the seller’s interests, he was always respectful and fair with us, which we really appreciated and hadn’t experienced before. McMillan and specifically Jack were incredible throughout the entire selling process. From start to finish he was professional, polite and on the ball! We had a strong sales process ensuring we had the maximum amount of viewers out to the house. They even gave us some advice for layout and setup for the interview days to make it as seamless as possible. When we went to sale agreed, the great service continued - Jack frequently chasing on both sides to ensure we met our deadlines, that solicitors kept up the pace and we were fully up to date the entire time. I'm short - out of all the agents I have used in the past McMillan and Jack were leagues about the rest!

Selling and buying a house is notoriously stressful, but Laura and Cormac and the team at McMillan McClure made it feel like a breeze. They valued the house I was selling on Tuesday, marketed it on Wednesday and had agreed the sale of it by Thursday, 24 hours after the first viewings. I think they broke all records not only by accomplishing this but also by their skillful handling of the negotiations of the property I hoped to purchase which at so many points, because of the intense interest and bidding war that ensued, looked like it would be out of my reach. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track. Their communication was excellent-I never had to chase them for an update. It felt like they genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me. They were always the professional voice of experience and calm under pressure and literally steered me safely to my dream home for which I will be eternally grateful. My only regret is that they met their brief so well that I will never have the pleasure of using their services again. But at least all you house hunters out there know from my experience that you couldn't be in more capable hands than those of McMillan McClure. They will see you safely home!!! Five-star service

We had such a positive experience using McMillan McClure to recently sell our house. Right from the outset they couldn't have been more helpful and were able to expertly guide us through the process as first time sellers. Laura was so knowledgeable and never kept us waiting and gave us her opinion without being pushy. We were kept up to date throughout the sale and we never had to chase to get things done. Top class Estate Agents. Jim sold our house and I must say experience was great from start to finish. Jim was on the ball, quick to update us or get back to us re. any queries we had and provided quality advice from the vast knowledge he has built over many years in this industry. We met with a number of local estate agent reps and received very much the same estimates on how much our home would fetch on the market, applicable estate agent fees, etc. It was honestly a no-brainer as soon as we met with Cormac from McMillan McClure. Cormac was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and we felt his enthusiasm for the property would be an asset in our sale process. We felt very comfortable to ask Cormac to represent us, and it was an excellent choice from beginning to end. Cormac was in regular contact throughout the entire sale and any and all queries or issues were attended to promptly. Cormac also kept in contact with solicitors on both sides, and provided a safe pair of hands for all the various moving parts of the sale. We have had a less than ideal experience with another local estate agent previously, so this sale with McMillan McClure was a breath of fresh air! If we contemplate another sale in the future, McMillan McClure would be our automatic first choice

I have recently purchased a house through McMillan McClure, from the first viewing up untill we received our keys they where brilliant any email or questions we had they got them answered straight away. Janice was who we where dealing with in the bidding and she was great, Jim was then more than helpful at the end stages making sure to keep us informed on everything that was going on, they couldn't of made the process any easier for us.
