We have Just recently sold our property and decided to go with Mc millens.when Jim came out to do the valuation he took time and went over everything very thoroughly, and basically talked us through the whole process explaining everything we would come up against during the process, but also listened to what we had say too. During our conversation he happened to mention his wife was a solicitor and I asked if she did conveyancing, and to our luck she did. She works for O reilly & Stewart. All I can say is what a team. The service we received from both parties was second to none. When ever we had a query they were on it straight away, and came back to us very promptly. We dealt with Cormac (a lovely young man) and it was lovely to speak to the same person if we needed to get in touch, But to be honest it was always Cormac that rang us. He would give me a call regularly and keep us up to date on the whole process. If there was any problems with the legal side of things he would often call his mum Imelda or Andrea her secretary (our solicitor) and get back to us with an answer immediately I can't recommend Mc Millens and the team highly enough!!

I would not hesitate to recommend McMillan McClure. They looked after both our sale and our purchase and we honestly couldn’t have gotten through the process without them. Barrie went above and beyond to find us a home and to ensure we got the best buyer for our own property. Not for one minute did we ever feel that we were not being looked after. Barrie was more than an agent, he advised, counselled and advocated for us through our move and also some challenging personal circumstances. Jim was also on hand to offer advice when Barrie was on leave - we never felt alone or unsupported. If Carlsberg did estate agents it would be Mcmillan McClure!! I have used McMillanMcClure for over 2 years wile renting my house out. Hanna, Rachel, and Laura were fantastic. Any issue that crept up they did their best to organise the investigation, the work and follow up of said work for my Tenants as I was unable to being out of the Country. I also used them for the sale of my house working with Cormac, he was brilliant with the whole process keeping on top of Puchasers and Solicitors, and communicating everything. He also kept my house in good shape while I was out of the country which I am very grateful. Would recommend this EA for all those renting and buying/selling.

Used McMillan McClure to sell my house and couldn’t be happier with the service and the outcome. Cormac and the team were extremely supportive throughout the process. As I had moved away, I wasn’t able to do any of the prep work myself, but Cormac arranged everything prior to listing. The communication throughout the process was great, I didn’t have to chase an update once: plenty of emails and calls to keep me appraised of viewings and offers. Then once sale agreed, they helped push the conveyancing along to completion. I’d have no problem recommending McMillan McClure and particularly Cormac who was excellent and very knowledgable throughout.

From the moment I met Jim McMillan I knew McMillan McClure would be our estate agent and 100% we made the right decision. A year later our house sale has just been completed. I had a very good experience using McMillan McClure to sell my late Mum's house. Jim was so kind when he came out to value the house. By this I mean he really understood what a difficult time this can be for a person and that no decision has to be rushed or anything. It was a lovely chat and I really appreciated that. During the process of selling the house, I was emailed when viewings where scheduled to happen and if there'd been any feedback etc. Cormac was the main person dealing with the sale and I have to say I couldn't have asked for better. Having recently completed the sale of my late parent's home I would like to thank Jim McMillan and his team for the most professional way in which the whole process was carried out. Jim from the start was so helpful and provided us with valuable advice throughout while still not ruling out any ideas that we had to offer.
