McMillan McClure provided the most realistic quote and then advised me on the best way to present the property. They took care of the viewings and managed the bid process, liaising with the purchasers and solicitors on my behalf and making the entire process as quick and painless as it could be. GoogleThere are agents and there are Agents and there is Jim McMillan. It’s worth just selling your house for the pleasure of his company. (You can always buy it back!) Most agents can sell you a house and some can even sell your house but Jim goes the extra mile. He listens to what it is you’re after. And he provides it - even if the house is not yet on the market! He matches the right people to the right properties and sees it all happens smoothly. I’ve used McMullan McClure quite a few times now. And it’s always been a joy! If McMillan McClure ran a dating agency we’d all be happily married!

GoogleFrom the valuation by Barrie McClure to the completion of the sale of our parents home, my brother and I received first class service from everyone we came into contact with at McMillan McClure. We were kept informed on a regular basis via email and phone calls of every viewing and offer made, right through to the sale agreed and the handing over of the keys. I would like to single out Cormac McMillan, who I cannot speak highly enough of, who guided us through the process from beginning to end with expert advice, professionalism and humour. So much so that I will miss our twice weekly (sometimes daily!) email conversations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying/selling or renting a house.

I was always kept up to date and everything was very smoothly run and efficient. The team make you feel very well looked after. GoogleRecently had the sad experience of selling my family home, which had been occupied by my parents for 50 years. I approached McMillan McClure who from the outset understood my emotional ties and professionally handled the marketing of the property. They arranged and were in attendance for prospective viewers and kept me fully informed of the outcome of each visit. The property was sold within 4 weeks of it being put on the market at a price which I felt at the outset was ambitious. The contract was signed very quickly thereafter followed by completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending McMillan McClure when selling your property, they were professional, courteous, caring and understanding, (and got me a good price too!)

GoogleHighly recommended !! McMillen McClure were appointed for the sale of our rental property and I can honestly say that everything was absolutely first class from beginning to end. Barrie, Cormac and the other members were professional and polite and excellent communication by phone and email was consistently maintained throughout the process. Response times for queries and feedback was never slow or delayed. The sale of a property is rarely straightforward and there are generally a few bumps along the road, however McMillen McClure guided us gently through the process arriving at a successful outcome by the sale of the property. GoogleWe sold our house with McMillan McClure after seeing a number of houses nearby using them and getting sold quickly. From the start we couldn't have asked for better help getting our house sold. They took a genuine interest in our home making sure to advertise it as well as possible and ultimately getting the house sold quickly and above our asking price. They're professionalism and timely updates throughout the process were a great peace of mind knowing that things were moving along despite it being so close to Christmas. Genuinely impressed by them all as I had to speak with a few agents throughout and the reception who were always very pleasant and easy to talk to. Couldn't thank them enough for all their help.

GoogleI’ve been fortunate to do business with McMillan McClure on now my third occasion. This has been two sales and one rental. Both sides of the business have been exceptional service. I have always found everyone in the company courteous, professional, having a good ethos and always on hand to sort any issues. I would have no hesitation using the company again for sale and rental. Their knowledge of the property market is excellent. Both Jim McMillan and Cormac McMillan were a delight to deal with. They kept us well informed at every stage of the process. I cannot find any faults in there professionalism in any way, shape or form. All the staff in the office were very well presented and friendly. On first enquiry Janice made me feel like a priorty client, that feeling continued when I met with Barrie who then listed and sold my property in the blink of an eye. McMillans obtained a great price for me and kept me updated the whole way through the process. GoogleEfficient, Stress-Free and Friendly What a pleasure it has been to deal with McMillan Estate Agents again. I purchased the property through McMillan about 10 years ago and my faith in reverting to them, to sell the same property, was vindicated. Selling any property, any time, can be difficult and stressful. This sale could have been even more complex and worrisome as I was not resident in Northern Ireland and was unable to return due to pandemic travel restrictions. However, Jim McMillan and his team did a fantastic job in marketing the property, soliciting offers and efficiently handling all the requisite sale and transfer formalities from start to finish. McMillan kept me up to date with the government guidelines, guided our expectations, updated us regularly, handled the house viewings with utmost professionalism and against all odds we got a buyer at the price we were delighted with.
