GoogleUsed McMillan McClure recently to sell a house of which I was executor. Very professional, friendly service throughout whole process. Very good communication which was greatly appreciated especially as I did not reside in Northern Ireland but in Scotland and there are differences between two countries when it comes to selling property. Would not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone requiring the services of an estate agent. From initial enquiry right up to completion they guided through each step very efficiently without being intrusive.

House was on sale with another agent for over 6 months, we had a few offers but the estate agents didnt seem bothered about our needs, seemed to want to sell to first offer. McMillan were very good, the house was sold within 1 week of putting on with them, and we got more than sale price. Laura was brilliant throughout the whole process :)

Providing vast and proven knowledge of the local housing market, excellent photographers, a seamless viewing process, liaising with the purchasers solicitors and all with constant updates throughout. GoogleMcMillan/McClure are very friendly, dependable and were discreet in helping us sell our house. Delighted with the price they got us; from start to finish they took a lot of the stress out of the experience. Very good communication throughout and they use a transparent bidding system which updates you with all the developments as they occur via email. Couldn't recommend them highly enough, this is our third time selling and by far, the best estate agent I've dealt with.

Barrie helped us understand the whole process of selling and buying; we were fortunate in having the support for both selling our home and buying a new home with McMillan and McClure. We had excellent professional support, help and advice all through the process. All the staff were friendly, efficient and prompt in their communictions on a day to day basis.We were continually kept updated as to how the process was progressing.
