O'Connor Estate Agents recently sold an apartment for me and I found them to be exceptional throughout the process. I chose O'Connor Estates rather than a larger agency due to the knowledge and their track record in the area. From their advice on marketing of the property through to the final handover of the keys they provided a high level of service. Gerard communicated with me regularly and his advice was very helpful. I would highly recommend O'Connor Estates to anyone looking to sell or rent their property and will definitely use their services again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

O'Connor Estate Agents recently sale agreed my property in The Kilns. It was a pleasure to deal with Gerard O'Connor and the experience from inception has been smooth and easy. The advice and tips provided on presentation, what level to pitch my property and the superior marketing campaign which included professional photography, colour floor plans, featured adverts and glossy brochures all contributed towards the property achieving in excess of the asking price which I was delighted with. Their professionalism and constant updates made me feel comfortable throughout what I thought would be a daunting process. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to family & friends alike. Also, best of luck in your new office guys!

Despite the many delays and issues we experienced during our house sale, all of which were outside of the control of the two Gerard's, the lengths that the chaps went to, in ensuring that the house sale finally went through was simply immense. As we know house sales can be stressful enough, and when you add in the delays and frustrations that can and do occur as was our experience, the chaps were very supportive and innovative in finding solutions to the various problems as they arose. It would be very fair to say that they went well and above, in fact beyond what their remit would be normally. We would have no hesitation in using the chaps again, and do highly recommend them for serving your best interests. Pleasure to work with, and do wish them the best.

I cannot find words to adequately describe the wonderful help and advice given to me by Ger, indeed the two Gers, over the past number of months. Their professionalism shines through and their advice and negotiation skills have been invaluable. Their availability and attention were outstanding and did not stop when the 'Sale Agreed' point was reached and they always saw the positive. Thank you to the two Gers. O'Connor Estates helped me to buy and sell and I can highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
