Gerard Carr sold my apartment last year, it was a pleasure working with him. He was really helpful and professional, very open from the start about how the process works and what to expect, and super supportive when the sale took longer than expected for reasons beyond our control. I have recommended O' Connor Estate Agents to people I know already. It's a very tricky market out there, you need good people on your side I found!

This was my third time engaging an Estate Agent for sale of a property and definitely my best experience to date. Previously I selected well known Estate Agents with national profiles. My experience with them was that they didn't have the same interest or commitment to their client (me) as Gerard and his team did. Gerard gave a realistic estimate of what we price could expect to achieve, he was supportive in preparation of the property before the sale and importantly wasn't rushing to close the sale until best price was achieved. Straight talking which is always good. Highly recommend this Estate Agency

Ger and his team went above and beyond to sell my house. From the start of the process right through to the close of the sale, they were extremely professional, supportive and available to answer questions at any time. Ger explained the process to me in detail and was on hand to guide me through each stage which gave me the confidence and comfort to know I was on the right track. Thank you Ger!

We recently purchased a home through Gerard at O’Connor Estate Agents and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and genuinely supportive. Buying a home can feel overwhelming, but they made everything straightforward and stress free.

Unfortunately, this estate agent refused to work with me. They wrote me that they were "reluctant to takeover a tenancy that is having issues". Too bad for them because I have not successfully sold the property with the help of Duffy Auctioneers.

Ger Carr at O’Connor Estates recently handled the sale of an investment property I owned in Dublin 1. From start to finish, Ger provided a great service. Advice on staging/preparation for sale was right on the mark and the quality of photography and marketing (sales literature, positioning on the various property sales platforms etc.) was top drawer. Throughout the process, Ger kept us appraised on viewings, feedback, offers as they came in and so on. Once sale was agreed (at a price we were very happy with), Ger kept on it, coaxing buyer along, pushing my solicitor and helping smooth the path to a timely sale being completed. I’m consistently bamboozled on Daft, MyHome etc. by the number of poorly marketed properties (bad photos, wrong descriptions etc.) and have heard many stories of agents who simply forget about the property once it goes sale agreed or needlessly delay the process by not making themselves available for access by valuers, surveyors etc. None of this was the case with Ger. I felt my hand was thoroughly held throughout..! Five stars well deserved and wishing the guys in OC Estates continued success.

Since using O'Connor Estate Agents to rent out my apartment in Dublin city, I have had such a positive, hassle and stress- free experience. Ger is professional and approachable at all times, while his knowledge of the market is second to none. He has excellent interpersonal communication skills which translate well when I need to find a new tenant and when communicating with existing tenants. Really great experience with Gerard. Very pragmatic and efficient. We were very straightforward with our expectations and Gerard was very honest about the market. He didn’t waste time or over promise and we achieved the sale we wanted within a short time. Would highly recommend. A much more personal service than the larger agents who promise the world and deliver nothing. Gerard delivers honesty, efficiency and good value for money service. I highly recommend Gerard O'Connor Estates who have recently sold my house. I choose Gerard O'Connor Estates rather than bigger Estate Agencies as he is the market leader of our local area and had unparalleled knowledge of the current market. Gerard communicated with me regularly and was always available for any query or concern we had. Both Gerard's were very professional and polite in all their dealings and our sale was completed quickly and efficiently. I thanks them very much for all their hard work and wish them the very best of success on the future.
