I encountered O'Connor Estates as a prospective purchaser. I found Gerard a pleasant and accommodating guy when it came to house viewing, particularly as we returned 3 times. We subsequently went to sale agreed after which Gerard did not sit back but continued to be a good intermediary and kept ensuring things moved as efficiently as they could. When it came to the end and the acquisition of keys they ensured that despite a late Friday evening that they could make themselves available so we would have that extra time in our house, rather than waiting until the Monday. I found them nice guys and easy to deal with.

The fact that I am writing a 5 star review for Gerard this afternoon reflects the quality of service which we received from O'Connor Estate Agents over the last few months. From the initial advice pre- sale on tips and tricks which would help in boosting the final price to the professional photographs and standard of advertising everything has been of the highest quality. But the biggest asset the entire time has been the constant availability and instant responsiveness of Gerard himself. A pleasure to deal with, a pragmatist and always there to think through issues with you as they arise. I would recommend O'Connor Estate Agents to anyone.
