Initial stages of letting ,pleasant staff and great correspondence. Few maintenance issues were had and rectified but correspondence regarding these, and the action of, was timely and would be my only critique.

Following our call, it was great to run over the points you raised regarding correspondence, and we have since discussed these with the team. The main point on the boiler issue at move in seems to be a case of bad luck, as it was tested at the previous visit. We understand that you were frustrated at having to run through the troubleshooting with us, but when this didn't fix the issue, an engineer was instructed. We hope you can appreciate that we need to run through these troubleshooting checks to make sure it's not a simple issue. This helps to avoid unnecessary call out charges for our landlords.
