GoogleReally disrespectful agent Stephen I was passed to speak to regards a house for sale He had a rude disrespectful attitude and stated that if I did not have an extremely high offer to put forward I’d more or less better not go viewing property This mans customer service and respect is non existent.

We have a duty to get our Clients the best price for their homes ! The property was a "hot potato" and Kay offered under Home Report. We sold it for 15 % over Home Report, our Client was delighted and left us a 5 star review !

GoogleBest estate agency in Glasgow! I highly recommend Westgate if you are looking to sell your property quickly as well as at a great price. My estate agent, Stephen, has been very professional from the start. He helped take fantastic photos, arrange the home report at a high value, and managed to get several notes of interests in for my property. My property sold within two weeks at the closing date. I cannot thank him enough for his support whenever I had questions or needed his advice. Thank you Westgate!

GoogleJonathan at Westgate gave me a five star service from start to finish! I was recommended Westgate through Get agent and as well as having the best price by far, I could not have asked for more from an estate agent. I live in London and he came to meet me at my Glasgow flat as my tenants moved out and said he’d organise everything! He organised for a deep clean of flat before marketing, organised home report oversaw all viewings and got me an AMAZING price for my flat. Even when we ran in to difficulties towards the tail end of the sale he was able to step in and help get the sale over the line. Could not recommend them highly enough! If I could give 11/10 I would!

GoogleWas due to start decorating a rental property, found out very fast there's a major black mould problem in multiple places throughout, various health & safety violations, outstanding repairs and years of general dirt & grime build up, unfortunately they were not willing to complete repairs or remove source of black mould, they rescinded the tenancy, fortunately refund was immediately sent, have complained directly to council as highly illegal and immoral, I fear they may try to pass this off again to a lesser able personNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Value

GoogleWestgate estate agents are the best estate agents we have ever used, anywhere. They also got us a great price for our property. We were very impressed with how professional, honest, straight forward and prepared to go the extra distance they were. They always answered our emails or calls very quickly and kept us up to date with what was happening. We looked into various estate agents and met quite a few of them at our house in Glasgow before we put it up for sale but as a Scottish couple living and working abroad it was critical that we found the 'right' estate agent to sell our house. In Jonathan from Westgate Agents we did just that. Normally I never ever give recommendations but in this case, I would definitely state, Use them!
